Bereavement and Loss
Bereavement and loss are not only about the death of a person. People can grieve the loss of a beloved pet, the end of a relationship, a change in health, fertility, work, identity, or the loss of something that once felt important or meaningful in their life. These losses can feel just as painful and real, even when others may not fully recognise or understand them.
I offer a calm, compassionate space where your loss is taken seriously and your feelings are respected.
Together, we can gently explore what has been lost, how it has affected you, and how grief is showing up in your life. There is no pressure to “move on” or grieve in a particular way.
My role is to support you at your pace, listen and helping you make sense of your emotions, honour what mattered to you, and find ways to live alongside loss with greater understanding, balance and care for yourself.
